Red  Oak-
T he  most fashionable oak in out forests. It’s long straight even branches  support a rounded crown. The tree can grow be quite large and old.The  vein tips extend past the edges of the leaves and the acorns germinate  in the spring and take twice as long to mature as do other acorns.
