exercise

lately i have been working out on the treadmill. since last week. week before that i was just walking down the road or at the park. but i found a used treadmill at a thrift store and i use it about every day. so far i’ve only lost like 2 or 3 lbs. but i am going to keep doing it and trying to eat better. i cut out soda. i just drink other stuff and a lot of water and vitamin water zero.  it’s hard but i try to stay motivated cause i always feel better after i do it. i just hook my laptop up to my speakers and put my playlist on on spotify and walk walk walk. i like to at least walk an hour at a time on it. you can job on it too but i haven’t built up to that yet. anyways i’m about to go exercise again. it’s actually good for mental as well as physical health. i still like to walk outside sometimes. but the weather gets so humid and hot here. and i sweat just as much inside on the tread as i do outside but i don’t have to deal with the sun and humidity.  but yeah it’s gonna take a good while to lose all my weight. i lost a lot before but gained it all back. but i gotta try again. i wish i had kept it off before. but oh well. all we can do is keep trying right?
